To promote our growth and visibility we are seeking an enthusiastic , innovative Marketing Manager to creatively lead, promote and coordinate all aspects of the company’s branding and services. As the Marketing Manager you will be optimizing our marketing strategies and managing all aspects of the department. The successful candidate must have enhanced marketing experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media strategies and proven track record with traditional marketing concepts. The Marketing Manager we need will have the expertise to create and support all methods to promote brand awareness and profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design, implement, and facilitate strategic annual marketing plan or build upon existing plan if directed
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic, new business leads to our front door
Manage company brand and online reputation thereby increasing brand awareness and market share
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution
Use and manage Hubspot for multiple drip campaigns, lead generation, social media campaigns, etc.
Manage, develop and implement promotional materials such as marketing collateral and print copies
Create, manage and direct the Marketing functions (Creative, Website, Social Media and Marketing Campaigns)
Responsible for creation of all content writing for marketing materials, webinars, email campaigns, social media, blogs, white papers, website content, press releases and more .
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels- content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, etc.
Promote company brand at trade shows, major industry related events, webinars for brand awareness and vendor partnerships
Plan, create, coordinate and implement trade show related marketing campaigns
Some public speaking may be required
Ability/Availability for some travel (I.e. trade shows)
Potential for budget awareness for department spending
Manage and direct small creative staff
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated creative marketing experience
Expert in internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media outlets that are significant in company outreach.
Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as Hubspot
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding
Experience in Digital Marketing, including Pay Per Click, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Strategy, Google Analytics
Basic understanding and ability to work with WordPress, edit, make changes and publish content and blogs
Experience with layout and design for marketing materials
Trade show marketing and planning experience including email campaigns, collateral material, swag , booth creation
Understanding of SEO concepts or willingness to develop knowledge of SEO best practices as they pertain to marketing requirements
Experience with Microsoft suite of products, visual communication software products and creative services i.e. Adobe ai
Self-motivated, self starter and a proactive problem solver
Perfection needed in both verbal and written communication with laser focused attention to detail
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects from inception through execution meeting established deadlines
Able to excel in a fast-paced environment with frequent reprioritization and incoming requests
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
Comfortable with public speaking engagement
Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, visual communication software products, and creative services
Graphic design experience a plus
Experience in varied industries a plus
Management experience a plus
