Comment: Shoutout to Jon at The Storage Group. We work with him regularly, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Every time we need something fixed, adjusted, or improved, Jon is there. He's fast, reliable, and always on point. There’s a real sense that he cares about getting us set up for success. Beyond the technical side, Jon brings a level of professionalism and consistency that builds real trust. Knowing that someone on the other end genuinely has your back removes a lot of stress. It’s rare to work with a support person who feels more like a fellow team member than a vendor. Working with The Storage Group has been a great experience overall, and Jon plays a big role in that. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients succeed don’t go unnoticed. Truly grateful for the support. Thank you Jon, and to the others on the team that make it all work!

Comment: Since I’ve been working with The Storage Group my occupancy rates are high even in the slowest time of the year. Over just seven months, my occupancy rates went from 85% to a 95% average while using ClickandStor®️ 3.0 and The Storage Group’s SEO services! For me and my team, the best thing about working with The Storage Group is their staff, my questions never go unanswered for more than 24hrs. They’ve greatly helped our facilities and we are proud to be a TSG client. Update: After all these years TSG continues to deliver unbeatable service. While occupancy numbers have dropped at facilities around me, mine still remain high. They keep me relevant in a saturated market, are consistently on top of changes and trends in the self storage industry and they always make you feel that you are their #1 priority.
