Great opportunity for a FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPER with The Storage Group! We are an established, yet fast growing internet marketing company providing cutting edge services to the Self Storage Industry. We need an enthusiastic person to hit the ground running with experience in everything from within the stack, from terminal and Apache through database management, rest APIs to UX, ADA compliance and privacy. WordPress familiarity is a must as is a mastery of OOP PHP, MYSQL(PDO), HTML and CSS.

The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in development and programming and will be able to make a meaningful contribution from day one. It will be important that candidates be able to comfortably work with team members of all levels and departments within the organization. We need a team member who is willing to share their opinions and insights with business leaders in order to affect decision making and technical solutions. Applicant will be challenged on a daily basis to solve problems in a new and creative way as we continually add new products and services to the company.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Develop, test and maintain new and existing web-based SaaS applications for our growing client base.
Build pixel-perfect UXs from visuals on the front end and connect new APIs into systems on the backend while maintaining snappy interactions and CRUD operations.
Thoroughly implement and test functionality written by yourself or other developers and spot everything from small details to major logic flaws.

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience with WordPress networked sites
At least 3 years experience with development using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript,HTML and CSS.
WHMCS knowledge a plus
Experience with ADA compliance for websites. WCAG 2.0 experience is a plus.
Ability to write clean code and follow coding standards
Ability to work in a team setting and able to adapt at a moment’s notice.
Ability to focus on task-oriented work in a distracting environment.
Server, apache, domain, email troubleshooting experience a plus.
SEO knowledge a plus
Design skills a plus (UX/UI.)
The interview process for this position will include a skills test for selected candidates. In addition a background check is required and will be processed during the final stage of the interview process.
