The Storage Group has announced its partnership with the Self Storage Hawaii unConference. The Hawaii unConference will be held October 18-24, 2020 on the Big Island of Hawaii at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort and Spa. The Hawaii unConference founder and organizer is none other than Tron Jordheim, with Jordheim Consulting and Self Storage Strategies. Tron is thrilled to bring back the unConference after several years of hosting this successful event in Hawaii, during the recession.
For Tron, the concept of the unConference has always been simple, “It’s about bringing together an intimate group of people in the self storage industry, to connect on a deeper level than what you’d typically see at the larger conferences, and build a foundation for lasting business relationships between self storage owners, operators, managers, and service providers.” The background of the beautiful island of Hawaii fosters the Aloha spirit that is at the core of this event, in creating fun memories and business solutions. Tron says, “Now seemed like the right time to bring back the unConference to the industry. Through my consulting work, I’ve seen a large uptick in self storage owners looking for solutions in this increasingly competitive market, and are seeking the right connections to make it happen.”
