ClickandStor™ Online Rental Suite Step by Step Process
How does ClickandStor™ 3.0 work? We’ll walk you through it step-by-step! With ClickandStor 3.0, your facility can offer e-commerce on your website to sell storage related supplies and earn money by renting out units 24/7. Whether we’ve built your website or not, you can still add ClickandStor™ 3.0. Use the ClickandStor™ 3.0 step by step process below to rent a storage unit online through ClickandStor™ 3.0 on a storage facility’s website or through the ClickandStor™ 3.0 Progressive Web App (PWA).
Customers can view storage units by size, type (climate controlled or standard), image or video, features, price, special web pricing, and more.
Tenants can choose rent, also known as “move-in”, or reserve to select their unit. Your facility can choose to offer 24/7 move-ins, storage reservations, or both for operational flexibility and your preferred level of security.
Display your facility’s features and unit details. Tenants can read reviews, write an online review, and view the FAQ section for commonly asked questions. Tenants can select the date that they will need the unit and tenant insurance to protect their belongings.
Click “Add to Cart” to add the storage unit to the shopping cart.
Tenants can choose to view their cart, by clicking “Proceed to Cart”, to checkout quickly, or they can keep shopping for items like self storage and moving supplies.
Tenants can add storage supplies, such as boxes, bubble wrap, locks, and more to the shopping cart. Facilities can make extra revenue by selling supplies online through ClickandStor™ on their website and give tenants a convenient self storage experience.
Tenants can review their cart and see the unit selected, any storage supplies or tenant insurance added, and the subtotal price.
Tenants can login if they already have an account or register to create one.
Tenants can enter their contact and billing information at this stage of the checkout process. Customers can sign up for convenient Auto-Pay so they never miss a payment.
Tenants can click the “Shipping Same as Billing” button to send the storage supplies they plan to purchase to their billing address. Next, click the “Agree to Terms” and “Review Order” buttons to continue with the checkout process.
Tenants can review their unit size, price, and move-in date. If your facility has the upgraded email confirmation, you can also display your facility map to tenants.
Review payment details, such as fees, taxes, and deposits to get the total amount due.
Clients can easily see their storage unit information, account details, and total payment due. After reviewing the information, the tenant can click “Submit” to finish the online rental or reservation. The tenant will receive an email confirmation with these details afterwards.
