Our goal is always to increase our clients’ organic and local rankings, which gets them closer to the top on the Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs). That, in turn, increases the likelihood of potential tenants clicking through to the facility’s website.

The image above show how The Storage Group (TSG) improved the organic search engine rankings and local rankings of one of our self storage facility clients from February 2017 to July 2017. This facility’s position showed marked improved on Google (desktop and mobile), Yahoo and Bing. Rankings for Google Maps, Yahoo Local and Bing Local also showed dramatic improvements over the course of one year.

• The number of Position 1 rankings for this facility increased from 14 to 66. That is a 371% increase.
• The number of Position 6 through 10 rankings for this facility increased from 6 to 31. That is a 416% increase in the number of first page rankings for this facility.
• As you can see in the bar graph, the bright green section at the top of each bar gets larger month over month, as the number of Position 1 rankings increase.

This report shows the SEO performance of another client from February 2017 to July 2017. Overall, The Storage Group has improved the position of 99 targeted keyword phrases year over year. Keyword rankings in Google (desktop and mobile), Yahoo, Bing, Google Maps, Yahoo Local and Bing Local have greatly increased due to The Storage Group’s SEO updates and optimization efforts.

• The number of Position 1 rankings for this facility increased from 17 to 62. That is a 265% increase.
• The number of Position 2 through 5 rankings for this facility increased from 70 to 125. That is a 79% increase.
• The number of Position 1 rankings grew significantly in less than a year, as shown by the large sections of bright green in the bar graph.
