Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As our new Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be acting as a go-between for the company’s behalf while providing customers with information on our full range of products & services and resolve any occurring problems that our clients might be facing. The position offers a wide variety of tasks and require a highly motivated candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Create sales leads in a proactive manner
*Forge long-lasting relationships with customers
*Identify areas in need of improvement
*Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
*Monitor and manage incoming calls
*Solve complaints and improve processes
*Follow communication procedures and policies
*Keep organized records of customer interactions

REQUIREMENTS:
*Customer support experience
*Ability to problem-solve over telephone
*Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
*Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
*High school degree or higher
*Managerial experience highly sought after
